I reserve the right to reclaim a dog if these rules are violated. 

Applicants are placed on reservations list in the order I choose. It's not first come, first served.

I reserve the right to take you off a reservation list if i do not find you fit, or you go inactive.

There is no redistribution of the dog's file.This also includes mass uploading.

I keep an extra file on hand and separate from my game encase something should happen to your copy, or if I reclaim the dog.

Adult dog/puppy template use is FORBIDDEN. This means no building off of my template or stealing coats, claiming as your own work. Shine / muscle markings are accepted.

You may not change the call name in any way once we agree one on. Call name can be changed, please inform me.

You have one month(thirty days) to put the dogs profile up, or your reason why,

Dogs from my kennel are permitted to be shown on either the SUKC or SFCI, or both.

You may not re-sell a dog you've adopted from me. If you find you no longer want the dog, you must return the dog to me.

Do not breed my dog's below the age of 2. I prefer to know about any planned breedings.

You must actively show the dog. (Exceptions with rl can be made).

By adopting an animal from us, you agree to all the terms above, and understanding that consequences will happen if not followed
